I declare that all of the information I have provided is correct.

I agree that if the date of the class is not sufficiently full, I may be contacted and offered an alternative date.

As a member* of the Island Dog Training Club (IDTC), it is my responsibility to determine whether it is appropriate for me to utilise the training methods / suggestions / ideas made by any representative of the IDTC, including trainers and / or assistant trainers, for the specific circumstances at the time, and with the dog I am working with.

I accept all responsibility for the behaviour of my dog, including clearing up and removing faecal material.

I understand that unvaccinated dogs, bitches in season and dogs with a contagious disease** cannot enter the clubroom.

The details that have been provided to the IDTC will be used for administration of the club, and may be shared with the Guernsey Kennel Club and / or The Kennel Club (UK). Photos taken may be published in the club newsletter, on the club’s website / social media accounts, and in the local newspapers. For further information, please see our Privacy Policy.

* Payment of the puppy class gives you membership to the IDTC for the financial year which runs from 1 September to 31 August. If you join a puppy class from June onwards, your membership will be extended to the following financial year.

** Dogs must be free of symptoms for 21 days before entering the clubroom
