SUMMARY:Puppies and Newcomers - 6 Weeks starting Wednesday 7th October at 6:15pm
DESCRIPTION:Dates:\n\n7th October 2026 at 6:15pm\n14th October 2026 at 6:15pm\n21st October 2026 at 6:15pm\n28th October 2026 at 6:15pm\n4th November 2026 at 6:15pm\n11th November 2026 at 6:15pm\n\nThis 6 week course is for all new members and current members and it comprises of 6 weeks in your Puppy/Newcomers group after which members can choose to continue their training with further classes in either companion obedience\, competitive obedience or agility. \nA maximum of 8 dogs and handlers attend each course\, as it is very important to socialise your puppy with other dogs and people from the outset\, which is one reason why the Royal Kennel Club introduced this scheme.  Courses are run by a minimum of two trainers giving a good ratio of trainers to handlers. \nNumbers are limited and courses are very popular\, so to save disappointment reserve your place as soon as possible. \nPlease note:\nThe course is to teach basic life skills to puppies but dogs of all ages are welcome.  However\, as the majority of attendees are puppies the courses are not suitable for dogs which require focused training on dealing with behavioural difficulties. If you need advice as to whether or not this course would benefit your dog please use the Contact Page to email us.
